At Spencer's Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

Returning Your Purchase

Your purchase may be exchanged or refunded within 15 DAYS from the original purchase date and accompanied with the original sales receipt. Merchandise returned must be in unworn and unaltered/sized, in original condition and the same purchased with warranty cards and answer for insurance at initial cost. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used only in purchases only.

Note: Items paid with credit were purchased by credit card will be returned to the same card used at time of purchase. Cash sales will be paid by company check, mailed in 10 business days. Check sales will be paid by company check 14 days from clearance date. All returns or refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Custom And Special Order Items

Special orders are NOT returnable and that no refund or exchanges can be made. All special orders require a minimal 50% nonrefundable deposit. A special order cannot be canceled once merchandise ordered. 90 days and be ordered within the order, the merchandise is shipped. If an error was ordered inadvertently, however, if cancellation is possible, a store credit will be issued in the amount of the deposit.
